Tapo C210 recording 24/7 not working
Hello,
I bought this for 24/7 recording.
I put sd card, formatted by camera, enable loop recording, set all time on blue, motion off, rebooted.... but is not working.
Just registered some 30 seconds of motion detection, but not loop recordings.
Can somebody help ? Thanks !

I opened the link provided, my menu is different than that on Tapo app.

Short told, it seems stuck to only motion register even if it's set to off, so it register the 30 seconds
on sd card, but it doesn't feel at all the continuos register enabled

Hi,
From the pictures you provide, on Sep 25, the camera seems to start to record continuously at 20:59:06. As you can see in the below picture, the color on the timeline is different before and after 20:59:06.
The yellow and green lines displayed on the timeline represent the recorded detection video clips, however, if you slide on the light blue area on the timeline, you can also watch the recorded videos without events.
