You can refer to the following tips to troubleshoot.
1. Reset the camera to factory default settings.

2. Move the camera close to the router and try to reconfigure it. If the same issue happens:
a. Ensure your phone and the camera are connected to the router's 2.4G Wi-Fi rather than 5G.
b. Try to configure the camera with another phone.
c. Change the Wi-Fi name and password to another one if they include special characters, such as @, &, etc.
d. Change the 2.4G wireless channel.
e. Connect the phone and camera to the 2.4G guest network for a test.
f. If the camera is connected to a range extender, try to connect it to the router's Wi-Fi network.
