Can not connect Tapo c200

What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. What error message appears on the Tapo app when failing to configure the camera? What LED status on the camera?
2. Remove the SD card on the camera for a try if there is one.
3. Try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, reconfigure it on another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if it will work.
