Tapo app can't find H100 hub
Hi,
I've used the Tapo app successfully with smart plugs.
When I try and add an H100 hub to the app, it's not working.
The LED on the H100 is flashing amber/blue, and the app can find the temporary wifi network from the hub.
BUT, when I press 'Connect', the app times out without connecting.
I've factory reset the hub (button pressed for >10 secs), but to no avail.
Any ideas?

You're right - the automatic connection didn't work.
I had to go into the phone's Setup menu, turn off the wi-fi, then back on again, and manually select the hub's wi-fi.
After that, I could add the hub OK.
That needs sorting...

The APP may fail to connect to the Hub's wifi automatically, you can try to connect it manually, make sure your phone stays connected to this wifi, go back to the APP and continue.
Note: some phones cannot stay connection on a wifi that doesn't have Internet access, in this case, try to configure the Tapo hub with another device.
