Solution Tapo Camera Showing Green Color on Android 13 or IOS 16.1.X Mobile Devices

Problem Description :
1. Tapo camera live view displays a green shadow/bar after updating to Android 13 (or mobile devices with Android 13 OS )
2. Cloud video displays green color on IOS 16.1.X devices
Solution:
*Ensure the camera firmware is updated first.
1. For Android users: problem fixed on Tapo APP 2.14 (or later) version, please ensure your APP is up-to-date.
2. For IOS users: update the IOS system to 16.2 or later version
It's suggested to Start a New Thread with the following information if you have a similar issue with the latest Tapo app.
1. The model number of your Tapo Cam.
2. The Tapo app version.
3. The model number and OS version of your phone.
4. A picture of the camera's Live View page.
Despite the post saying the issue has been solved, it is not the case. I use the cameras on Android 13, app version 2.16.112, firmware version 1.3.2 Build 220901 Rel.74359n(4555). I have 4 C310 and the problem is not just the green bar, it involves the colors, some of which are shifted downwards in the image itself.
It appears that switching video quality to 2K causes the problem, while the 1080p quality is unaffected. First images with color shifting problem and green bar is 2K, second one is 1080p. I tried to contact technical support, but they just literally reply with "images look fine".
