Thank you for the feedback, if the SD card is not recognized, here are some basic troubleshooting suggestions that you could try: 

What should I do if the SD card doesn’t work properly on my camera?

To check if the SD card is fine, please verify the SD card with H2testw software and share a photo with us ( NOTE: back up important files before run the test )

Please ensure the Tapo APP and device firmware are both up to date. 

You could also swap a different SD card if you got one. 

If still the same, can you share 1)  photo of the SD card, 2)  photo of error message on the Tapo APP 3) photo of SD card test result via H2testw

Please also share the MAC address and SN number of the camera with us via private message, so we can check more information about the specific camera. Thanks.
