Hello I brought 3 camera tapo c_200 but I’m unable to use the SD card on them. I tried to use a a working 2 gb SD just for tried but I was unable to initialize or format it. I tried to brought a 128gb new SD but also with it, the camera doesn’t working with it. After I tried to format the SD both of them on the computer with a quick format and a full format, of course in fat mode but nothing.

Hello, the SD card can be recognized on the App but cannot be formatted, right? what is the brand & model of the newly purchased SD card? And how about its format type? A picture of the card would be great. Note: Tapo C200 supports a micro SD card with up to 128GB capacity, which should be formatted in FAT32. What is the error message showing on the SD card page?
