Thank you for asking, smart device firmware is usually gradually pushed to users instead of  all at once,  therefore you may find some devices are still on the old firmware, but do not worry, usually firmware will be released within a few weeks to a few months. You may keep an eye on firmware update. 

Usually at the end of setup process of smart device, app will push latest firmware for the device, if the device does not get update very soon, you may perform a factory reset and reinstall it in the APP to get the update. Hope this helps.
