C310 video is not smooth

I have 3 x C310 of which the latest one is the hardware Ver 2. The 2 older cameras video's are smooth but the new ones video is jerky. It looks like every few frames it briefly stops and then continue. I did all the basic troubleshooting but the problem persists. All that I see that's different is the hardware version. All cameras connect to a 2.4 wireless network.

This issue has been fixed on the Android 2.4.12 and later version Android Tapo APP.
Make sure your Tapo APP is up-to-date, if there is still any problem, please share a video clip, model and OS of your phone, and the APP version, thankyou.

May I know your Tapo APP version, and the model and its IOS or Android version of your phone?
Please ensure the Tapo APP is up-to-date in Google Play or APP store, please check my private message and let me know if the Beta Andriod APP works better for you.
