Tapo C200 - night light intensity
Hello,
I have two Tapo C200 in the same room, I ask why the intensity of the night light is different from the other?
the focus seems to be different too.
Thank you.

@aosrlab Thank you for your feedback.
It is recommended to put two cameras together at the same location and point them to the same object and see if Live view pages look the same?
From the photos you shared, it is possible that object in the darker picture is further from the camera or shot environment is different.

Hi,
in reality the two Tapo cameras are in the same location and at the same distance from the objects,
one Tapo captures the object on the left and the other Tapo captures the object on the right
At this moment I captured some images showing that the camera seems to be more sensitive or has more light intensity,
the two cameras are pointing at the same object now.

@aosrlab Hello,
Thank you for your reply and the photos.
Though it does not seem to be firmware related, it is still recommended to check Tapo app--> Me--> Firmware update, and make sure firmware on both cameras are up-to-date.
If possible, please swap location of two cameras and see if Tapo V1 (1.0.16) still has a brighter image in night mode.
As firmware1.0.16 is of Tapo C200 V1 while 1.1.4 is of V2, we will also make feedback to related department for a test and get back to you later.

@aosrlab Good to know! Our team has tested Tapo C200 V2 but failed to reproduce the issue, from your information it could be firmware related then. Thank you for your update!
