Hi,

 

Since updating the firmware on my 2 P100 smart plugs, they now appear as the first 2 items on the Tapo app home page, above my 4 C200 cameras. Before this they both appeared below the cameras as the last 2 items.

 

Is there a way to re-arrange the order of devices on the home page of the app?

 Tapo app does not support adjusting the order of devices right now, but we will record your suggestion  and will forward it to our team for further evaluation.

Hi, when will the feature to make rearrangement of devices on the Tapo app be made available?

When is the projected date of release for the said feature?

I believe many of us are anticipating for such feature within the app.

This is a very necessary feature to keep devices well ordered in a logic way so that it makes sense for the user. Otherwise, having a certain number of devices becomes a very uncomfortable mess.

@pabxman This feature would really be great as it's a pain currently.

 

I did name the devices with a number first

 

1. First Device

2. Second Device

3. Etc

 

This did work as the app ordered them in that order, however since removing a device to change the WiFi name it's stopped working.
