NC450 PTZ Issues
Suddenly PTZ Stop Working!
when camera start moving to left and right then stop at home in Center (no up no down test) not remember my last position
I can move left and right but not up and down
with App ONVIF Device Manager, I Can Move up and down when Choose Relative move
Soft reset and Hard reset Dos not help Problem Still

May I know did you try to use Pan& Tilt on tpCamera app or through its Web management page ?
Please confirm your tpCamera is uptodate, and please let me know the APP version, model of your phone , and And or IOS version of your phone, thank you.

Web management page & Camera Control Windows: Only left and right maybe down some time I can hear it Moving for up but without move as I said before [Relative move] only work
tpCamera app: All Direction , But not save last position when reboot Camera (reset to Center).
I use Web management page & TP-LINK Camera Control Windows.

I`m Trying send Direct Command for test onvif ContinuousMove only for UP not work
onvif RelativeMove & AbsoluteMove working
I`m trying figure out what the Problem is !?

what about add option like disable self PTZ check on startup
my camera have problem I don't know maybe dust or some broken inside...
so why every booting camera test ptz, maybe user want it still without move at all
something else IR reflect in middle position when stop on my camera that so bad, disable self PTZ check help for this situation.
