Camera records but

Hi.
I have a KC200 outdoor camera.
It records fine but when you record over 1 minute long and try and watch it just plays back half of the time it has recorded any ideas please.

It will take some time to load video clip from cloud server when we view a video clip from Activity in Kasa app, please make sure you have good Internet speed and wait for a while when clip stops in playback especially for a long video clip.

Hi all.
I have just tried again to see a 2 minute 9 second clip and it has taken nearly 5 minutes to get it so i can see it and it is jumping too.
With the whirling type wheel on the screen trying to down load it this is not good.
My network is not slow it is a virginmedia net work so is fast but this stupidity anything after 36 seconds and go and make a cup off tea and wait for it to finish.
Not impressed at all.
