Model: Tapo C200

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.16

I have my C200 mounted in a piano studio. It is obviously quite loud in there and audio recording clips when when someone is playing the piano. Is it possible to set the audio recording volume lower to turn down the sensitivity of the microphone to stop the clipping?

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

I am afraid that there is no option to turn off the sound sensitivity yet.

Have you tried to modify the activity zone and sensitivity level to have a look?
