Old Recording not working
The old recording was working and suddenly this message start to appear and and no recording working.
It lokks like you've reached your device limit for playing this video, please try again later

Hi,
For viewing videos recorded on the SD Card (no matter remote or local), only one device can access the clips at a given time within the Tapo App.
If you see the message "It looks like you've reached your device limit for playing this video, please try again late" on your app when watching the camera video recordings, it may be another device is watching the video recordings.
It's suggested to reboot the camera, ensure no other devices are streaming the camera or watching its video recordings, and then check if the problem remains after the camera is back online.
