crackling sounds
recently . I have been testing the Camara at home . all been working fine . I have only had the camera for 2 weeks . since then i have gone away and when I check through app I am experiencing crackling sounds on live view . which distorts conversations at my front door. any help into why this is happening.

Hi, this case is weird, please follow the instruction below to do some troubleshooting.
1. Do the crackling sounds come from the camera itself or from the app?
2. Please send us a video about the crackling sounds.
3. When test the camera, take the phone far from the camera, can you hear that sounds?
4. Is the camera in a quiet place? Try to move it to other places, do you have the same issue?
5. Use other phones to watch the live view, can you hear the same sounds?
6. Try to factory reset the camera and reinstall it.

@Stella.Q what was the solution? My KC200 camera crackles also when connected to 5g WiFi.

Since you only mentioned 2.4Ghz, did it happen to 2.4ghz as well?
Did you only hear on the live-view? how about the motion detected video clip? is there any crackles as well?
Have you noticed that the noise follows the APP or the camera itself?
By the way, how long have you had the camera and when did the issue start?

Hi all, I have same problem with my camera. cracking sound when using app (live view) or when watching recorded video clips. I have newest firmware. Same outcome when camera in indoor. Changing frequency from 50 to 60Hz didnt change anything. Same on both phones app (android and apple). Factory reset didn't help also.Do you know what is solution for this? Best regards!
