c500 crackling sound on live feed,
currently on latest updates.
i have isolated the device on a solo internet connection, viewing using the app on the same ssid but still have crackling sound.
did a factory reset, updated, same isolated network still issue persist.

I have pushed new firmware to your Tapo C500, and you can update it via the Tapo app and check if it helps.
If the issue remains, please share a video showing the reported phenomenon after updating the firmware for further analysis, and you can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), then generate a link to download the video and send it to me via a private message.
