I have recently installed the bulb and set up in kasa app all was working correctly.

Then all of a sudden the app could not recognise the bulb, keeps saying device unreachable.

Tried to connect to the wifi tp link bulb and then using the app but says the same thing.

What do i do?

Tried to use live chat but it just keeps telling me to select detailed information

@r4vvm

Try to reboot the router and the smart bulb and verify whether it will rebuild up the network connection with main router.

Still the same, you can reset it by turning it on and off for 5 times at a slower rate and reconfigure them.

After that, please go to device settings page of KL120 and ensure that the firmware is up to date.

Besides, you can change another lamp base to give it a go.

Good day.
