@jlboggsCO Yeah, I am quite fine with python, as well as with node ( https://github.com/konsumer/tplink-lightbulb ).  (Found out in the meanwhile and totally forgotten about this thread...) Thanks for reply!

 

Still, I am pretty dissapointed that there is apparently no official support or documentation, as well as there is apparently no one from kasa/tp-link around to deal with these most basic problems :-(. I mean - I understand that it might be a financially plausible strategy to develop hardware and leave implementation of its software/firmware up to the community - but really? Is this a product for regular consumers? 🤮
