Model: KC110
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Camera: KC110

Kasa app version: 2.15.0 compilation 875 (in Spanish)

Android version: 9 PKQ1.180904.001

Hello,

When my KC110 detects motion it correctly sends alerts and those alerts correctly appear in the Kasa app on my Android phone. However, the phone does not play a sound when the alerts are received. It also does not activate the LED that indicates that a message is waiting to be viewed. In other words, I have to look at the phone every minute to know if anyone is burgling my house.

Does anyone know where and how to configure the sound alerts in the app?

I would probably also want to change the default sound to something more noisy as I am hard of hearing.

Regards,

Bo

@Bo_Vestergaard

Hello, it is related to the smart phone which receive the alerts.

There is no such option available on the KC110. If you want to make it easier to know that there is an alert, you can go to settings-notification page to turn on the sound and customize it.

May it help. Nice day.
