New Firmware Update problem 1.5.1 in NC450 v.2.0
Three hours ago, that I made the new firmware update(1.5.1) starts the problem.
Everything was working great BUT now i can't see what is saved in the sd. I mean that when i want to see what happened for example before 15 minutes i can not. Everything else is working great excepts that. And this makes the camera useless if i can't see what happend before..
What can i do to fix it?? And how...???
Thanks a lot

Hi all, I have reminded our engineer your reports, and they are working on it and try to locate the issue.
As a workaround, you can downgrade the firmware to 1.5.0 first, instruction attached as below:
1. Download the firmware from below link first, then unzip it on a computer:
http://support.tp-link.com/d/4975c43975/
2. Login to the web interface of the NC450 by its IP address, which can be found on the tpCamera APP or the router’s DHCP list, then refer to below instructions to upgrade it:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1972/
3. Download the 1.5.0 from TP-Link official website, save and unzip it on the computer, then upload it into the camera via its web interface as well.

May it help and have a good day.

@Kevin_Z Thanks Kevin. Will give it a try. I can see the firmware through the first link in your post. Just so you know the latest firmware on TP-Link official website is 1.3.4.

@Kevin_Z thanks for the reply. I think I'll wait for a firmware fix, since the recordings are still accessible from outside the LAN. That's what I really care, to see what happened and happens when I'm not home.

Hello, it seems that it redirects to the local offical website which has not uploaded the firmware 1.5.0.
Below is the download link from global official website.

Okay, you can wait for a firmware fix.
As a workaround, you can access the recordings stored on the SD card remotely.
Good day.

@Kevin_Z Thanks Kevin. Ver 1.5.2 is now available on the global site and it solved the problem (after a power cycle).
