Hello, please help verify some details and we will try to fix it together:
1. Do you mean the NC450 is disconnecting from the wireless network after the firmware is updated to the latest 1.5.5? What is the previous firmware for it, was it stable?
2. May I know your current network topology/layout? How is this NC450 connected to your network?
3. When the NC450 drops from the wireless network, what is the LED status on it, is it red or green?
4. What is the distance between the NC450 and your wireless router? May I know its model number? If possible, we hope you could try to change the basic 2.4G wireless settings on your router, such as wireless channel to 1/6/11, and change channel width to 20MHz to give it a go.
5. What if you connect the NC450 to your router with an Ethernet cable, will the connection be stable?
Thanks.

Hi, same problem. Using nc450 v2 cam for a few months and started disconnecting wifi every few days or so. Only replugging power source help. This is a serious problem as it occurs every few days and device cant reconnect to wifi unless physically powered off/on. Noticed that while it's disconnected from wifi, it is actually running and recording but without wifi connection notifications/alarms doesnt deliver and device cant be controlled from outside at all.
Device is on latest firmware. It might be a software bug and can be solved with a firmware. At least devs can implement a solution so that device periodically check wifi connection and if it's disconnected, it can try connecting again or restart wifi module. Appreciate support from Tplink.
