updating and installing
my c310 is taking ages to update and install...even after a reset, my wifi signal is strong infact i have my camera almost next to my phone and router, any advice please ? my only option at the moment is to use the camera without any updates as it works fine if i dont update the firmware.

@Solla-topee hi thanks i have already done this, its 1.3.7 and i get no error messages its just constantly trying to install the new firmware but never does it

Hi,
You can try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can update the firmware successfully.
If so, after you update the firmware, you can reset the camera and configure it again to connect to your home Wi-Fi network.
