Model: Tapo C211   Tapo C500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hello ,

I’m planning to purchase the C211 and TP-Link Tapo C500 outdoor cameras, and I have a quick question:

Can these cameras be accessed through a single application even if they are connected to different Wi-Fi networks?

For instance, we are using PLDT Wi-Fi with multiple extenders. One C500 will be connected to Extender 1, another C500 to Extender 2, and two C211s to Extender 3. Will they all function seamlessly within the same app?

Thank you!

Extenders 1 is TP Link (Don't know the Version/Model)
Extender 2 is Omada EAP110 Outdoor

I'm not sure what version and firmware version of this two C211 and C500

Hi,
Typically, after you set up the cameras successfully on your Tapo app, you can manage them locally and remotely. There is no problem controlling the cameras connected to different extenders within the same app.
Best Regards
