I installed my camera and logged into its smartphone program , it all works perfectly well,i can use all its futures and every thing in its app. Then i bought the cloud subscription. They told me to i have to register my cam via its ip adress on my computer. When i try to open its ip web site (WebCam interface) it doesn't open at all just gives me couple of errors.I tried resetting my cam , wifi , ethernet etc. but still same thing goes on.What do you guys reccomend me to do.

Hi,
1. The Tapo cameras do not have a web UI. After you set up the camera on the Tapo app and subscribed to the Tapo Care service, you can go to the Tapo app > Me > Tapo Care page, tap Select Camera, and check if your camera is ticked. If so, it means the camera enjoys the Tapo Care service.
Then the camera's detection video clips will be stored on our cloud server for up to 7/30 days.

To watch the cloud video clips on your Tapo app, please refer to the instructions below.
Where can I find detection recordings of Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?

2. Where did you see that you have to register your camera via its IP address on a computer? Please send us a link to that page, and we will correct the info if necessary.

Best Regards
