The picture became blurry after using of 2 months

Hi,
Do you have the image the camera displayed before? If so, please provide that image and the currently displayed image to compare.

 

On the camera's Device Settings>Video & Display>Video Quality page, please ensure you have selected the best video quality.

 
In case there are several devices streaming the camera simultaneously thus the image displayed on your phone is blurry, please try to reboot the camera, only stream the camera with your phone, and check if the image is clear.
