Check if you have created any automation for the smart plug in this rule.
Setup Auto-off timer for Smart Plug

If your Kasa is linked with third-party platforms like Alexa, Google Home, check if there are similar settings for HS103 as well.

What device is plugged into the HS103? Will the smart plug turn off automatically when no appliance is connected?
