Hello

I 've been using a C210 (hardware 2.0, firmware 1.4.3) , a C410 (hardware 1.0, firmware 1.0.21)  and a TC41 (hardware 1.0, firmware 1.2.3) since last summer. For one month now, I can't access to remote viewing and to stored videos via mobile network on my Android phone. Live stream or viewing is no longer available via the App, though I can get the notifications.... When back on wifi , live viewing works fine.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled TAPO app and rebooted/set up camera again but the issue still persists.

 

On an Iphone 14 everything works fine, both on wifi and mobile network.

 

How do I get back to remote viewing on my Android device (a Xiaomi MiA3 android 10)? I cant see the point of being able to get the livre viewing only on wifi at home !

Are the cameras shown offline when the Xiaomi phone is on a remote network? What do you see in the app when checking the camera live stream or playback video remotely?

 

What's the Tapo app version on the Xiaomi phone? Was the app downloaded from Google Play Store or Xiaomi's app store?

Version of app is 3.7.811 downloaded from Googlestore.

On remote network, the camera are shown on (I can switch them on and off without any problem). When checking the live stream, it says 'appuyer pour rafraichir" which means "click to refresh". On remote network, I can't have access to stored video or images and its says "network unstable. Try later on". This makes no sense since I have a good network in both wifi and 4G (do I need the 5G ?).
