tapo c310 v1.0 red solid light
Recently my Tapo C310 v1.0 camera has been left with a fixed red light.
I have tried to reset it but it does nothing. I have turned off the power and have had it unplugged for a while but it does nothing.
What could be the problem?

Hi,
Please press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it. If the camera does not respond to the reset operation, please refer to Case 3 in the following instructions to troubleshoot.
