Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.9

After updating the firmware, all the lights stayed red. I already tried the solution of leaving it connected via Ethernet for 10 minutes but it doesn't do anything. I see that they sent another solution by email. Thanks for the help.

What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?
