Hi, there were a topic on blurred images on camera Tapo but it has been closed without any solutions... I have the same problem. The camera configuration is on HD. Help would be welcome...

Hi,
You can check if the below tips are helpful.
    1. Make sure the camera lens is clean and ensure that your Tapo app is updated.
    2. Reboot the camera to disconnect other devices that may be streaming the camera(including watch camera via Tapo app and RTSP/Onvif connection), and watch the camera using only your device.

 

If the problem remains, please check:
    1. Go to the camera's Device Settings>Video & Display>Video Quality page and send me a picture of it.
    2. Send me a picture of the camera's live view page showing the reported issue.
    3. Does the camera subscribe to the Tapo Care service?
    4. How many devices stream the camera simultaneously?
