C310 no streaming or playback
C310 no streaming or playback
Earlier this week both my C310 cameras stopped streaming and able to playback the recordings. On the same network I have other tapo camera models with no issues. I have only these two C310's and both 'stopped' working in the same way.
They both show online, I can change and modify all the settings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the tapo app incase of some issue there, I also tried an older version of the app, and I tried from multiple devices (phones/tablets)
Is anyone having the same issue? If I can provide any further details let me know.

@GiannisK I have been in contact with the engineers, the issue seems to come from an app update. They have shared an apk for an older app build that resolve my issues.

See if this resolves your issue as well.
I am waiting to see when they think this fix will be out on a public build.

Thx for this bug, all my customers using this camera was upset about me; even my mom...
Otherwise, i updated the app and it's at new running correctly.
Is there a way in the app to add the rtsp link directly into to avoid using your servers ?
I've got dyndns on my connections and i can open ports (NAT)

@GiannisK They have released v 3.7.522 to the play store which fixed the issue on the public build.
I recommend you keep the test app apk saved incase it breaks again on the public release in a future version.
