Hi,

I can't play any playback videos all I get is black screen and audio. 

Please help me

Hello   @Samsamsamffddvf 

The Android Tapo APP V2.8.13 released on Jun 2, 2022 should have fixed this, please confirm your Tapo APP is up-to-date,
