Sound doesnt record
When I'm on live feed or recording my sound doesnt work

Hi,
1. What's the model number, hardware, and firmware version of your camera? You can go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to find the info.
2. Please describe your problem phenomenon in detail. For example, can't you hear sound on the camera's Live View page and recordings? Can the person in front of the camera hear your sound when talking to the camera via the Tapo app? What volume levels do you set your camera's speaker and microphone to?
