C200 camera streams on one device but not another
I have a C200 camera, I can view a live stream via the Tapo app on my android mobile phone no problem. When I load the tapo app on my android tablet, with the same log in, it shows the camera as offline. My tapo bulb is online for both and I can control it using both.

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the Tapo C200 via a private message.
2. Have you logged in to the Tapo app on your Android phone and tablet with the same TP-Link account(email address)?
3. Are your phone and tablet connected to the same Wi-Fi network?

Hi,
1. Please help check the IP address of the camera, phone, and tablet.
2. Please ensure the Tapo app installed on your phone and tablet is up to date, and send me the app version.
3. Have you enabled VPN, firewall/antivirus app, etc., on your tablet? If so, disable or uninstall them for a try.
4. You can go to your phone>Tapo app>camera's Device Settings>Device Info page to check its MAC address and please send it to me via a private message.
