Hi,

i have 3 cameras C310 and i find they are very sensitive - how can i reduce all my notifications yet still have peace of mind.

Please help

Hi,
If you're receiving push notifications too frequently and want to reduce them, please try the following steps:
1. You can create a schedule for receiving notifications. On the Tapo app, go to the camera's Device Settings > Notifications page to set up the Schedule feature.
2. You can adjust the detection sensitivity on the camera's Device Settings> Detection>Enabled detection types page.
3. You can also set the detection zone and check if it helps.
