My TAPO camera unable to show 2K QHD resolution. When I changing the resolutiion in the TAPO app (3.4.81) it doesn't change the resolution but the text in the bottom of the live view. When I making a picture with the little camera icon the resolution of the picture 1280*720 all of the resolution mode. I tried the RTSP stream with same result. The HDR enable/disable and the mirroring working fine. I saw this thread but it wasn't solution for me: Tapo C325wb won't allow me to stream in 2k - Smart Home Community (tp-link.com)

Is there any solution?

I tried the proposed solution and made camera reset. I reset the camera and it worked perfectly with QHD live view (eg. save picture function made 2688*1520 size) until I enabled RTSP access on it. From that point on, the problem reoccurred. Moreover, the image quality became HD, but the overall quality of the image is much worse than before enabling RTSP.
