C200 Loop Recording not working
Hi,
My C200 camera stopped recording a few days ago - the SD card shows as full, but Loop Recording is enabled and the status is Good. I have tried rebooting through the app, but it is still not recording.
Is there anything else I can try?

You can remove the SD card from the camera, insert it back into the camera, and check if it helps.
Please help confirm the following information for the reported case for further analysis.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection page and send me a picture of it.
Go to the Storage & Recording page, ensure the microSD Card Recording feature is enabled, and send me a picture of the Recording Schedule page.
2. What's the model number, capacity, and format of the SD card? How do you confirm the camera stopped recording rather than overwrite the old video recordings?
Have you received detection notifications after the camera stopped recording?

@Solla-topee Hi there, I am experiencing the same issue as @kirra here. Could there be a app issue although I am not subscribed to Tapo Care and recording to my SD card locally. Thank you.
