Tapo P100 power supply
Hi,
Even though I turned off the smart plug on the app still the devices are connected and the power supply is on not sure why?

Please check the product datasheet (Download for Tapo P100) to verify if the appliance you're connecting exceeds the plug's load limit. Continous operation with an excessive load may result in damage to the plug.
You can try to resolve this issue by:
- Leave the smart plug unplugged for a while
- Perform a factory reset How to factory reset the Tapo or Kasa smart plug
- Gently tapping the plug's side to a level surface.
Contact local TP-Link support for further assistant if the above suggestion does not help.
