Doorbell D230S1 is not recording
Hi,
Bought this doorbell a few days ago. As I have chosen Tapo for all my other cameras the choice was easy.
I have run into issues though. It just simply wont record.
I get notifications that a vehicle passed for example but nothing is recorded.
I turned on all detection and put the sensitivity to the max just to see if I missed anything but still no recording.
The wake-up setting is set to "Event detected" and sensitivity is 10.
Am I wrong or should it not work like an ordinary Tapo camera when it detects something and record whatever it detects?
Then the actual doorbell feature is kinda "stand alone" if you understand what I mean?
Or will it only record when someone press the doorbell? If that is so it doesn't really make sense as you can enable rich notifications and for that it needs to record even when the button is not pressed.
I have added the doorbell to my Tapo Care subscription as my 10th camera.
I have not put an Sdcard in my hub (as I added the doorbell to the Tapo Care subscription).
Please guys, what am I missing here?

For the reported issue, we need to confirm your settings are correct first.
1. Send me(@Solla-topee) your doorbell's MAC address via a private message.
2. Send us a picture of the doorbell's Device Settings > Detection page.
3. If you store the video recordings on the SD card rather than the cloud server, send us a picture of the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page and a picture of the Recording Schedule page.
4. Refer to the instructions below to test your SD card with H2testw and send us a picture of the test results.

5. Send us a picture of the camera's Live View > Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page after you receive a detection notification.

@Solla-topee Same issues as above. It WAS all working fine.., then I had to recharge the battery. On placing camera back, can communicate via app, remotely , can manually record. I can see this via DOWNLOAD. The PLAY BACK does not work. Checked the event wake up EVENT Detected or door bell pressed. Toggled back and forth left on Event detected. It see all , gets noticicaftiions, just does not record. Even though was working before, turned sensitvity up from 6 to max 10. Even pressing the door bell , does not record any more. I've checked updates on both Hub and Doorbell, all up to date.The mircoSD card has previuos detected recordings and also manual recordings . I will formatt it anyway see what happens via app.... update: I can still see previous manual recordings .. Strange!. Can no longer see previuos detected recordings. but..WOW just seen it has detected and recorded !!! SO IT IS NOW WORKING . I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUT FORMATTING THE microSD CARD "VIA APP" SEEMS TO HAVE WORKED .. RESULT!!!
