Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.11

I purchased the Tapo C200 just two days ago, and it's functioning well. However, I encountered an issue when trying to use it with the "SanDisk Ultra 128 GB MicroSDXC." A message appeared, indicating that the microSD card has an abnormal expansion capacity, which could potentially jeopardize my data. The recommendation was to replace the microSD card. I've attached a screenshot for reference. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue and thorough checks of all sectors, everything seems to be in good working order.

Hi,
In this case, it's suggested to refer to the link below to check if your microSD card is fake or not and send me a picture of the test result via the H2testw tool for further analysis.

Again, not sd card, but camera issue. Stop telling people it is card problem. Fix yor products.

Hi,
Usually, when this error message appears on the Tapo app, it is very likely that there is a problem with the SD card, so I hope that you could cooperate to check your SD card according to the instructions and send the test results to me for further analysis.

I bought 4 Tapo c410 and sandisk 128gb ultra card. The problem is in the camera because the cards is oroginal and every 4 card is not working! Why?????

We need more detailed information to locate the problem. If you are willing to cooperate with troubleshooting, please provide the following information:
1. The purchase link of the SD card if you bought it online.

2. Please refer to the instructions below to check your SD card with the H2testw tool and send us a picture of the test result.

4. Did the problem occur after the SD card was built in, or did it appear after working for a while?
