2.4Ghz Red Dot

The red dot in front of the 2.4GHz wont resolve with anything. Reset my router, modem, computer, and the device, multiple times. Checked for updates, etc. and nothing is working.
I don't really know where to go from here as it is how I work from home and it's giving an error of Ethernet 4 doesn't have a valid IP configuration.

@MR.S sorry! I have the AC750 WiFi Range Extender, it's for my work computer setup and I did have IT remote in to try and check if drivers needed updating or anything and they said there weren't. The WiFi I use is from Spectrum, the router says WiFi 6 Router and the Modem says ES2251, also from Spectrum. On the back it does look like the yellow lower dot for the Ethernet cable is blinking yellow, I haven't paid attention to it prior so don't know if that's normal.
