Hello

I I just installed my new camera. Everything works perfectly except that if I have motion tracking on, the security zone I set becomes disabled and I get continuous notifications from everything from a snowflake to vehicles on the road to my neighbours across the road walking out their front door. This is with motion sensitivity set at minimum. I have rebooted the camera and it doesn't help. It has updated also. Is the camera defective?  Thanks in advance for any input.
