We have attempted to install a C65. There is an ether cable connected to a Deco hub inside. There is a SD card inside the C65. We did get it to work on the Tapo phone app on an Android. However, after drilled out screws and drilled back in to reposition, it shut down due to motion. Currently, the C65 flashes red and green. I have reset and tried to reinstall with success.

Would it be necessary to remove the SD card at every attempt?

I dropped one of the screws. What type and size is it so I can order new ones or ask around?

Hi,
1. You can refer to the link below to troubleshoot if you fail to set up the Tapo camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
Note:
1) Please ensure the Tapo app is the latest one downloaded from Google Play or App Store.
2) You don't need to remove the SD card to set up the camera.

Please help confirm the following information if the problem persists.
1) What error message appears when configuring the Tapo camera?
2) What troubleshooting you have done already?
