Hello everyone, a couple of days ago I installed an EAP610 for a client. It is the only TP-link equipment in your network, as our idea is to change your entire infrastructure. The client has an igmp video service in his network, which works throughout his installation, having igmp well configured on all his switches.
The PROBLEM with the EAP610, is that in its 2.4GHz network the igmp video service works, but in the 5GHz network it DOES NOT work, it is unable to upload video.
The client has other ap's from other brands with SSIDs in 2, 4 and 5 and the multicast video service works for both.
Great surprise to see how the TP-Link team only works for 2.4.....
Cave to say that the rest of the functions (internet, youtube, access to the server...etc) if they work in 5GHz, there is only the problem with the multicast.
That could be happening????
Note: The ap is configured by web. Since there is only 1 computer, the OMADA driver has not been installed.
