Hi everyone

 

Can tapo C310 and C210 use Public IP and can be organized by IP segment on synology?

And does this type support synology DMS version 6.2.4 and Surveillance Station Version 9.0?

I found a support list on the Synology website, and the Tapo C100, C200, C310, etc. are in the list.
IP camera Support List

The TP-Link website shows the Tapo C210 almost the same as the Tapo C200, and it may also work with the Synology Surveillance Station.

Hello, thank you for the post. As far as I know, the public IP address is assigned by the ISP and it is usually assigned to a modem or router which has the ability to be a NAT device. 

 

May I ask how you plan to assign the public IP to the camera? 

 

Tapo C310 and C210 supports RTSP protocol, they can connect to the NAS to stream live feed or record videos. Refer here for detailed instruction. How can I connect my Tapo camera to a NAS？
