TL-SG108PE v5 issue after upgrading to latest firmware with 802.1Q VLAN

Hi, I just bought five TL-SG108PE, they were all working fine with factory firmware, but as a new one was released a decide do upgrade one switch to test. After that, when I enable 802.1Q VLAN, the traffic on management vlan id 1 become slow, and some devices can't ping and open on webui
I have 14 TL-SG108PE on the network, when the device with latest firware is on without 802.1Q VLAN, a use nmap to scan a devices and a can see the 14 devices, but after activate, the list of devices returned by nmap is random and always missing devices.
I need a firmware fix for this problem or a way to roll back to factory firmware on this device
Extra info:
802.1Q VLAN is enable on all 14 devices with different hardware version, and all working fine, except the the v5 with latest firware
