I brought Tapo C320 camera from amazon and installed successfully. But Talk is not working and my parents are not able to hear my voice in the speaker.
Can someone please help us on this issue

Thank you for the feedback on TP-Link community. For this problem, have you checked the Speaker volume under the Talk function?
Please try to use Voice call feature, see how it works.
When you're using the Voice call or Talk feature, can you hear the sound from the camera side?
