When I set up my accound on my android phone, I made a mistake and touched Uraguay instead of United States. How do I change this?

Thank you for reaching out to the community.
So far the country being selected when you're creating an account can't be changed. The account country will affect some services like Kasa Care or some third party like Google or Alexa. While you could send an request to delete the tp-link account as instruction here, and use the same email to create a new TP-Link ID.
