Here are some basic troubleshooting suggestions that you could try:
What should I do if the SD card doesn’t work properly on my camera?
- Verify the SD card with H2testw software and share a photo with us ( NOTE: back up important files before run the test )
- Please ensure the Tapo APP and device firmware are both up to date.
If still the same, may I know the Brand and capacify of the SD cards., please share a photo of the SD card.
Please also share the MAC address and SN number of the camera with us via private message, so we can check more information about the specific camera.
When did you purhcase the camera and SD card, are they brand new SD cards?
